Decent! Expensive but worth the price. Everything from the chives in the miso soup, to the ginger was fresh. 🍣 would definitely stop by again for a date My only complaint? It’s a bit too loud. Kazan is a cute place. Sushi is really good and always fresh. The duck buns are my partners favorite but make sure you order them to your liking (not made in classic way) but they will add whatever you ask for. TONY IS THE MAN!!

This is the only restaurant I like to go to for my birthday. The food is delicious and it's really not expensive for what I get. I always get the volcano rolls. They start off one flavor and end another flavor. I also get some regular veggie rolls. I love the atmosphere the servers are nice and the food is spectacular ... what more could you want? The Ramen was AMAZING! So far it was the best we have ever had. We tried another popular ramen restaurant in Albany prior, but Kazan was much better. Also, the sushi was delicious and well made. The staff was super friendly and polite. Our waiter was super patient and answered all of our questions. The food came out ... quickly. The steamed duck rolls were incredible. We had a fantastic experience and plan to return. The one and only thing I would change would be to add a kids menu. This is an Awesome spot for Sushi, Ramen, and Specially the fried rice! Finally stopped in after passing by many times while at the mall and always was tempted to look at the menu and once I seen that they had Gluten Free noodles, I was guaranteed to try it eventually. I got a spicy tuna roll and my fiancé got a ... shrimp tempura roll, both were So Good and very well made! Decent wasabi as well! Then we shared a shrimp fried rice and our Ramen bowls came out just after the rice. The shrimp fried rice was Absolutely the best! The smell, the taste just blew us away.
